New Fitness class at the ARC!
Experience the ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to improve overall wellness, balance, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation and pain management.
Students are welcome to join whether they are looking to build strength, cross train, learn new calming methods, and/or are looking for a positive community experience.
Cost: $10 per class
Monday: 5:30 - 6:30pm

Amy Alderman of Ai Tai Chi, will lead Tai Chi classes with basic moves training, a short form and mind/body skills.
Alderman is a certified practitioner of the Tai Chi Fundamentals Adapted Program (TCFA), a curriculum designed by Tai Chi Master Tricia Yu, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Created through decades of practice in traditional Yang Style Tai Chi. The program is largely intended for instructors and therapists leading people of all ages with a diverse range of abilities.
