Create a unique treasure box with collage techniques and Zentangle® Art. Learn a few "tangles" and have tons of fun along the way.

Spooky Cookie Decorating with Mackensie Wand

Join Mackensie Wand, owner of Whisk & Wander Culinary Co., for a fun & spooky hands-on cookie decorating class! Learn the fundamentals of working with royal icing—including outlining, flooding, and basic piping techniques—to create beautifully decorated Halloween-themed cookies. Each student will receive six sugar cookies to decorate. You will also do some fun halloween inspired art after the cookie decorating lesson.

We will have lunch first. Art portion of the day will start about 12noon.

Free Transport from GEMS to ARC

Paid for by the ARC, available from Galena Schools to ARC on the Jo Daviess Transit Bus. Must indicate on registration form if you need a ride.

Pick Up: 3pm

*Please indicate on registration form if you want the extended care until 5pm for an extra $10 per student.
