Silver Sticks Exercise Class

Classes are currently suspended due to Covid-19.

The ARC is pleased to announce our newest class to our wellness program!

Class Times:

Wednesday Evening: 5-5:45pm

Cost: 6 week series $8 per class: $48

Drop in Cost: $10 ( if space is available)

Class size limited to 10, class will be cancelled if not 4 or more students.

Sliver Sticks Exercise class will be offered one morning and one evening per week in the dance room of the Galena ARC.

Classes are 45 minutes long and include a warm up and cool down period. The class offers a weekly music theme and includes drum sticks.

Drum are provided by the instructor.

The class uses simple drum techniques and combines aerobic HIIT moves along with exercise forms of drumming.

Class Instructor: Dori Knoff BS,MPH, ACA.

Dori has many years of experience working with special needs, senior exercise activities and is an accredited instructor for ACA .
