This class is designed to tone, strengthen and stretch the entire body using a ball, mat and your body's own weight as resistance. It's suited for most fitness levels, so begin where YOU are and take your time OR challenge yourself to the max.
​
Pilates is a series of exercises inspired by yoga and ballet. It promotes improved mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in balance together. Pam combines her years of Pilates training, mindfulness training and yoga experience to create a comprehensive
full-body workout for each class.
​
Specific benefits of Pilates - improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, balance muscular strength on both sides of the body, increased stabilization of spine, improved posture, prevention of muscle imbalance injuries, physical coordination, improved balance, increased lung capacity and circulation through deep concentration, stress management and relaxation.
